Basements

In the case of basements, you should firstly check all the drains and improve the ventilation and heating. Should you want to keep the basement dry, there is usually only one solution; tanking

Tanking

This involves the instalationof a physical membrane system, channels and a sump pump.  This will give you a dry and useable area.

The system can be installed without a sump & pump but you then run the risk of flooding in the future

Chemically injected damp proof courses should not be used on outside basement walls since they will have no effect at all.

Testimonials

"I know its not the biggest basement you have waterproofed, but what a fantastic job your lads have done! I now can get away from the kids and get my paperwork done."

All the best, J.S Phillips
