Initially our Surveyor was called to the property as it was suspected that there was decay by dry rot present to the floor of the upstairs bathroom. On initial inspection this was confirmed and it was also confirmed that the outbreak had spread to the ground floor property below.
Once fully stripped and investigations carried out, our Technicians began treating the affected areas and thereafter putting the property back together
